Stitching News

Jean Bean has piles... piles of Kaleidoscope blocks that is...
It must be getting close to time to start putting them together with the threat of becoming a quilt! Soon all will be revealed, fingers are crossed
Gail has piles too... her piles consist of Jelly Roll strips and Jelly Roll Sampler blocks. I'm thinking this is going to be a large quilt... sometime in the near future... there are lots of strips to use up yet
PM Pam made a start on a new project. She is very much inspired by our 1st prize winning applique lady, Princess Jackie... most weeks Pam sits opposite Jackie as she works away on her amazing projects... so it was bound to happen sooner or later and how cute is that duck?
Jackie's been working on her blocks for quite a few weeks now and she's really enjoying these lovely little fellows. Does applique get any cuter than this??? I doubt it. So you can see how Pam found it impossible not to be inspired... Jackie saves the job of tying off all the ends for a 'while watching TV' chore.
Early Sue can't come to our Block Of The Month workshops so, she's making one up for her very own self, she's finding it tricky but is enjoying the challenge... Inspired by Angela's 9 block quilt of course... it's coming along very nicely indeed.
New Sue has a new toy... her very own light box...
Isn't technology wonderful!
Of course... now we all want one!
