Stitching News

Morning Judith's Advent Tree is just about finished... only a stitch or two left to do on the binding. Then there's embellishing to consider and with several weeks until Advent starts, Judith can shop around to find perfect little 'doodads' to stitch on.
Toot Toot-ettly Toot for Jean Bean's finished quilt, it's absolutely beautiful.
The little baby girl to whom it will be gifted  must be very, very special indeed...
When the quilt is thrown back in the morning,
Wakey Wakey will be right there on show...
What a clever idea for the back of a quilt eh.
Lady Judith finished making all of her Stargazy Daisiez, including 90 of the 6" size...
which, from experience, feels like a never ending task... and I only made 48! As you can see the centre Daisiez are are all sewn together and the first border is on...
Remember, this king size quilt needs to be finished for August gifting.
PM Pam had attended one of the first Stack-N-Whack Kaleidoscope workshops last year...
these are the blocks she cut out. For one cushion making reason or another she never had chance to work on them since then. Happily, I can report that all 16 blocks are now ready for sashing... aren't the fabulous!
